Product Information:
The test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of IEC60884-1: clause 23.4, IEC60335-1: clause 25.14, IEC60745-1: clause 24.12, IEC60227-2: clause 3.2 and etc.
It is used to detect the bending resistance of the household appliance power cord in entrance section and verify its reliability.
It adopts the motor to drive the turntable to rotate, applies a load to the cord and pass the rated voltage, so that the sample can be bent at a certain speed and angle, until the preset test times are finished or the soft line breaks without current signal.
Samples and Restrictions:
Non-rewirable power plugs (or terminals) and non-rewirable mobile sockets; household appliances (such as electric irons) with power cords that need to be moved during work; hand-held power tools; copper wires.
Structure:
The equipment is driven by a servo motor, and with a large-size aluminum plate for mounting samples. When the sample is clamped, the swing axis and the point where the flexible cord enters the appliance can be matched, so as to achieve the minimum lateral displacement of the cord with the load.
